COOL SPACE Expedition #2 to Hawaii in Feb 2002 preceded the NASA Aqua satellite launch (~June 4, 2002). The team interviewed Aqua scientists in Hawaii, where the environment mirrored all the aspects of the global water cycle, which the scientific satellite was planning to study from Space. Teachers and students were invited to meet us there for first-hand lessons on site with scientists and teachers.
