5d. There is a Power in the Occult that really Works
Let's apply the understandings of the earlier sections to what we hear about
the occult and see if we can shed some light on that intriguing topic.
We said that God resides in a universe unto Himself, which must have more
dimensions than the 3D universe He creates for us to live in. Likewise God is
creating angels, who look human, but who walk through our 3D walls without
having accidents. These beings must have more dimensions than those 3D walls.
Let's say they have at least 4 dimensions. Therefore, they must dwell in a universe that also has that many dimensions. For the sake of this argument, let's just say the angels have four dimensions, even though they may have more. This is enough to illustrate the situation. Where is this 4D universe of angelic beings? Like ours, it is in the mind of God. I suggest this analogy to describe how these two universes relate to one another.
The characters in the movie screen are us, and those in the audience are the angels. They can see us, but we can't see them. Both are in the same room, which is analogous to the 4D angel universe. Yet, on the screen is another entire universe with less dimensions - a little lower than the angel universe (Jn 13:36). They can see us, but we cannot see them (1Cor 4:9). Yet, this entire room and who knows how many others, are all in the mind of God.
The question is this. To what extent can these angels affect and interact with our universe and more specifically with us?
- According to this analogy, the angels cannot squeeze themselves down to
fit into that 3D movie screen universe anymore than we could live in a 2D movie
screen.
- Also, if we were to see an angel, all we could see would be the part that
fits into our 3D world. - Likewise, if we transported into their 4D world, we
could only see a 3D projection of that world, since we don't have the extra
dimensions needed to experience them as they really are in 4D.
- However, "thought" transcends all dimensions. God thinks, angels
think, and we think. Even though their thoughts are "higher" than our
thoughts, we all understand the fundamental concept and we all have the
fundamental capabilities.
- Thought is the common medium of communication among all these dimensions. We
communicate with God via our thoughts and we call it "Prayer". We can
also communicate with angels via our thoughts, but we call that
"channeling".
Look at hypnosis a moment. In order for a human to hypnotize another human, the victim must first agree to loan the hypnotist their mind, so they can tell them what to think. [eg Please put me in a trance and tell me about my past lives.] In this way, the victim deliberately gives up their free will and subjects themselves to the will of the hypnotist. As such, the victim will lose their ability to distinguish "truth" from "error" to a certain extent. Reality/Truth is what our mind tells us, so if someone else is controlling our mind, then their truth can become ours. We see this happening when a human hypnotist puts a small falsehood in the victim's mind. "When you awake, you'll believe this". And indeed you can be made to believe a small lie in this way.
However, you cannot be made to believe a "leaping lie" in merely
one session with any hypnotist. For that to happen, you must revisit the
hypnotist repeatedly as we see the followers of gurus other charismatic cult
leaders doing. In each session the victims are given an incrementally bigger
lie to believe as truth. Finally, the victim has lost their ability to
distinguish even leaping lies. To assure yourself that this is really possible,
read about the activities of cults such as Jimmy Jones, David Koresh, and Heaven's Gate. After a number of regular
hypnotic sessions, their followers were ready to take the drugs, die for their
cause, and follow the comet to Nirvana.
Various mechanisms are available to assist in this mind-bending process, as you
might surmise. Anything that will cause you to lose control of your thoughts
can be employed. Alcohol affects our ability to think clearly, but takes a
relatively long time to work. Drugs can knock out your brain a lot faster. Both
are very overt, obvious, and even commonplace enough to be considered benign in
certain circles. The victims never acknowledge that they are being duped.
However, mechanisms exist, which we find associated with the
"occult", that can be even more overt or even more subtle.
Don't you think it's possible to communicate with angelic beings? If they exist
and can think as the Bible indicates, then surely it is possible to communicate
with them. The mechanisms employed are similar to what we discussed above, but
the hypnotist is angelic not human. A séance is an overt attempt to contact
some angelic beings. Examine this mechanism and you'll see that it follows the
same pattern above. The victims agree to loan their minds to the "spirit
being" and ask him to tell them what to think. That
prerequisite criteria must be met first. However, "contact"
cannot be accomplished without serious attention to details.
We are talking about the same forces inherent in more familiar radio
communications, which we use everyday, but don't understand much better. We
know that there are radio signals all around us continually, but we don't hear
them until we do two things:
- Quiet down the background noise in our receiver and
- Tune into the frequency of interest.
We really don't know how it works, but when we excite the elements we call "electrons" they will emit electromagnetic radiation (EMR). Over the past century, we have learned something about how to control these emissions. We can transmit and receive them even with our limited understanding of the detailed physics that is happening at what we call the "molecular level". This is the basis of radio communications and we rocket scientists use it all the time.
Curiously, now the brain has "electrons" in it as well as our radios. We can connect an oscilloscope to our temples and listen to our brain's transmissions as we think. Normally, it looks like white noise, which is random frequencies all jumbled together. However, when we have a striking singular thought, as when we are suddenly "scared to death", then you'll see a pattern emerging momentarily in our brain's transmissions. There's a whole science of bio-feedback behind this - the subject of some other discussion. Suffice it here to say that we are transmitting our noisy thoughts all the time, even though it is very difficult to learn to control or isolate them to any extent. Likewise, we are all able to receive thoughts, but our receivers are terrible. They need to be tweaked with a lot of practice, to filter out the desired signal from the background noises. Bingo! This is where the occult begins. People are curious and often interested in obtaining something special from their communications with angels. More on that shortly. Our lives are too short to get very good at this art of occult communication, but consider the possibilities if we lived as long as those original humans before the Great Flood. At our level we can get some results, but we need a lot of help from the other side. Our “spirit guide” does most of the work. We only think we have some control.
Angels can think in any dimension lower than they exist in, according to our model. Therefore, they can have both 2D thoughts like us and they can have 3D thoughts as well. If we let them hypnotize us then they can put these thought in our minds. A 2D thought would seem like one of our own. However, we know that 3D thoughts won't fit in our mind. So, if the rapport with an angel is close enough, they could transmit a 3D thought to their victim(s). What happens in that case? Since it won't fit in the human's mind, I suggest that the human will see it as an apparition in front of him. No one else may see this, because it isn't really there. It's just a figment of the victim's mind. Yet, it is very real to the victim. The subject of UFO sightings should come to mind at this point.
If others are to see these apparitions, what must they do? From what we see
in occult practices, it would appear that they need to establish a mental link
with the channeller, who is in touch with the angelic
being. Do you suppose they can do this by verbally expressing their desire to
have the spirit come into their minds, and then chanting the same
"mindless" mantras, which will put them in a trace state?
Would it help for them to all hold hands during this process? Would mystic crystals
be useful? Let's return to our model again and see what that would imply about
these questions.
We said that the angels were looking into our world from another dimension, just as we might watch a 2D movie. We said that there was something about mental energy that transcends all dimensional gaps. Through their thoughts, the angels can communicate with those of us who go through the proper processes. If we were human transmitters as this indicates, then the angels would be listening to our thoughts. However, there are over 6 billion humans alive now that are all transmitting white noise thoughts. This is similar to what our radios are hearing from the many simultaneous broadcasts worldwide. How can the angels sort your thoughts out from all this noise?
Consider what is done in a typical radio communication. A simple radio transmitter uses the equivalent of a crystal oscillator* to generate a reference frequency that is predictable and that won't vary randomly. All transmissions are then derived from this reference source. On the receiving end another crystal oscillator is used. That crystal is tuned to the transmitter frequency to locate a particular transmission. After that the receiver can process that particular signal and pull out the information. I then suggest that a crystal might well have a role to play in the occult comm link.
What this tells me is that the basic laws of physics, which we use in radio communications, are also applicable in mental communications. We only marginally understand what we're dealing with here, however, so there is plenty of room to be open to suggestions. For example, is it possible to excite a crystal with mental energy? What is going on at the molecular level anyway? The crystal like every solid object is not simply a solid is it? Doesn't it consist of energy fields as well? What are these forces we call fields? Our science has developed a simplistic view of how fields interact, called "wave theory". Although a limited understanding, it indicates that we believe fields do interact with each other. So, if your brain generates fields and the objects around you are held together by fields, is it remotely possible to move an object with thought energy (telekinesis)? If the angels are better at this practice than we are (not an unlikely scenario), could they mentally reach into our world and move an object? We hear stories to that effect. More to our immediate point, could an angel tune into a particular crystal oscillator frequency to locate the channeller?
Okay, here's the scenario. An altruistic human desires to get wisdom from the gods. He meditates diligently and follows the occult practices established long ago, when humans lived far longer. He verbally commits his "soul" to the spirit he wants to learn from. This means that he loans his mind to the spirit and asks to be told what to think. With a certain crystal nearby, perhaps in his hands, he concentrates on the specified mantra. This helps to clear his mind - Modern Westernized guru, Deepak Chapra, tells his audiences to "think of the space between their thoughts", so they can hear their "inner self". They may hear something eventually, but it won't be their mythical inner self. The better the victim can quite down his brain's background noise, the easier it will be for him to hear any angelic transmissions.
Imagine a demonic angel scanning for transmissions. He hears something coming in at or near the specified crystal frequency that he has focused on; but where is it coming from? Which of these 6 billion humans that he can see from his world, is sending it? The crystal will help him hone in on the would-be channeller. He will then compare what he is seeing with what he is hearing and look for a match. If he sees someone in the lotus position (I call this the "receive-only mode") that would be very promising. Perhaps other demons watching various segments of the human drama have noticed someone trying to transmit to them. The word gets around and they mentally scan around the frequency bands to find the transmitter they are watching.
* More sophisticated communications use voltage-controlled oscillators but follow this principle.
If this sounds far fetched, consider that we rocket scientists do it all the time with satellites. I recall cases in particular where a satellite has been lost in space and we were trying to recover it in a similar fashion. The NOAA-13, the Lewis, and the Terriers satellites were three that I had direct experience with. Each was tumbling out of control and we were trying to get commands into it to rectify the situation. We knew what frequency they would be transmitting on in these cases, because we built them. We also knew where they were and in fact we also knew more.
We had tracked them prior to the problem that terminated the comm link, so we had orbital elements initially. We calculated the orbit degradation in the case of Lewis, because it was re-entering. We had about 3 weeks to correct the tumbling and point the solar array to the sun so we could get power enough to boost the orbit. How did we know where the tumbling arrays were pointing? How could we tell the satellite's orientation? We could actually see them. Can you believe this? We have powerful radio imaging ground systems that will bounce a signal off the satellites and paint a picture that varies as the satellite tumbles.
Even as novices in this field of communications, we can do some pretty wild
and incredible things. In two cases, I actually used the albedo
(reflected sunlight) from the antarctic continent
around Christmas time, to power-up the solar array on the tumbling satellite,
while commanding it from our ground station in McMurdo,
Let me add another actual example of this form of Electromagnetic
Communications right out of my own experiences.
On three separate occasions (1999, 2001, and 2003) I led expeditions to
the North Pole (90N). On route and even
at the Pole, I would set up a link to one of NASA’s very unique TDRSS
satellites (TDRS-F1), which was in a geo-synchronous orbit (~22300 miles above
the Earth), that was inclined enough to see one of the geographic Poles for a
few hours every 24-hour orbit. This
satellite has two 16-foot steerable dish antennas
with about 1000 Wts of transmit power. It was designed to track very low
Earth-orbiting satellites and to relay commands and telemetry from them to our
White Sands, New Mexico Ground Station.
They are capable of up to 300 million bits per second (Mbps). Nothing like them existed in such an orbit,
where they could see the exact Poles, so I’ve been able to accomplish a number
of historic firsts with this set up. [For

All I need to do is to point my 18-inch flat plate antenna in the
direction of the satellite, quite down my own background noise, and tune into
the TDRS frequency. Wham! Suddenly I’m
on the Internet at millions of bits per second – LIVE From the North Pole!
Here the TDRS satellite is like the angelic expert
and my rig is like the human novice.

Notice that God needs none of these mechanisms to speak to us. Why not? Because
He is the prime Thinker and everything else is literally in His Mind. God can
think an angel into our world, who looks human enough to us, but who walks
through walls. He is creating us by His thoughts, so why would He have any
difficulty creating angels. Yet, angels cannot squeeze themselves into three
dimensions. What would happen to their fourth dimension if they did. So, when God thinks an angel into our 3D world that
angel only has three dimensions. However, whatever miracle is required for them
to pass through 3D walls, it is accomplished by the
Thinker Himself on their behalf. It's all in the mind of God, so it's easy for
Him to do it. It's not possible for any other being to do it, because this
world is not being created by them.
Alas! The only way demons can affect things in this world is via their thoughts. Demons may get willing human victims to carry out their will under the kind of hypnosis we discussed earlier. Yet, it would seem plausible that their thought energy itself can affect 3D objects, at least under some circumstances. Stories we hear of objects flying through the air during channeling sessions or such, may well be possible, if indeed demons have developed the ability we call telekinesis. I think this discussion suggests that there is really a science behind the power in the occult. It can never be fully comprehended by humans limited to only three dimensions, but still we can deal with it at least as well as we deal with other forms of electromagnetic radiation, gravity, light, and so on.
